Why PIG IS HARAM (Forbidden) IN ISLAM?

Many Muslims have been thought to ask this question in their life that why is the eating of pork forbidden in your Islam.

Many brothers and sisters cannot give a convincing reply to the person asking the question that Pig meat (Pork) really is not made for human meal. Here are some points that might help.

There are many reasons to why Pig meat is prohibited for human consumption. First you should to know this that Pig however has no neck and in Islam you must always slaughter the animal from the neck because in this way the animal dies quick and less painfully therefore Islamically there is no possibility to slaughter a pig.

Dr. Goldsborough's said, "The trichinae are so miniature and so nearly transparent in the flesh of a pig that to find them, even with a microscope, is a task for expert scientific inspection. Remember this, when you see stamped on a pork product the words, "US Government inspected and passed", those words do not mean that any official inspection has been made as to whether this pork had affected by trichinous or not. It only means it has just passed the schedule inspection given meat in general."

There are extreme amount of histamine and imidazole compounds in pig meat, which can cause to itching and irritation; growth hormone, it promotes irritation and growth; sulphur consisting mesenchymal mucus, which cause to swelling and deposits of mucus in tendons and cartilage, resulting in arthritis, rheumatism etc.

Pig meat also cause gallstones and obesity, most likely due to its high cholesterol and saturated fat content. The pig is the main transporter of the taenia solium worm. This type of tapeworm can pass through the intestines and affect many other organs, and after certain stage it is incurable.
